Privacy & cookies policy
Which personal data this website collects, why, who sees it, and what you can ask of us.
This page explains which personal data the PC Buggies website collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. The website presents our vehicles and services and lets you ask us for a quotation. Nothing is sold or paid for through it, and there are no user accounts.
Who is responsible for your data
Pro-ceed Ltd, trading as PC Buggies, Thisseos 50, 166 71 Vouliagmeni, Attica, Greece, General Commercial Registry (GEMI) no. 3172501000. For anything about your personal data, email sales@pro-ceed.gr or call +30 210 9810276.
What we collect and why
The contact form
The form asks for your full name, telephone, email and message and, if you wish, your company or hotel and the vehicle you are interested in. We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and contact you about it; the box you tick before sending confirms this. When you send the form, Wix stores it in our website’s dashboard, adds your name, telephone, email and company to the website’s contact list and sends us an email notification. We do not add you to a mailing list and we send no newsletters.
The legal basis is that you ask us to take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping a record of them (Article 6(1)(f)).
Phone calls and emails
When you call or email us, we keep what you tell us (your name, contact details and request) for the same purposes and on the same legal basis.
Visiting the website
The website runs on the Wix platform. When you open a page, Wix’s servers record technical information such as your device’s IP address, your browser, the pages you open and the time, and place the strictly necessary cookies listed under Cookies below. This is needed to show the website securely and to protect it against misuse; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your cookie choice
When you answer the cookie banner, a record of your choice is kept in our website’s dashboard: the date and time, your IP address, your device and which types of cookies you accepted or refused. We keep it so that we can show that consent was given, as the GDPR requires (Article 7(1) and Article 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, whether they come from the form, by phone or by email, for as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up the same quotation, and then we delete them. If an enquiry leads to an order, the quotation, contract and invoices are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require. Records of cookie choices are kept for as long as we may need to show that consent was given.
Who sees your data
The Pro-ceed staff who handle enquiries and quotations. Besides us, only:
-
Wix.com Ltd., which hosts the website and stores the form submissions and the contact list for us, as our processor under its Data Processing Agreement. Wix keeps data in data centres in Ireland, Israel, the United States and other countries. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are made on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (for example for Israel) or with other safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
-
Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, which provides the cookie banner for us.
-
Our email service provider, which delivers the form notifications and your emails to our mailboxes.
-
Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept advertising cookies (see Cookies below).
-
Public authorities, only where the law obliges us.
We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone for their own marketing, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019 you can ask us:
-
to tell you which data we hold about you and give you a copy;
-
to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
-
to delete your data when there is no longer a reason to keep it;
-
to restrict its use in certain cases;
-
to stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest;
-
to give you the data you provided in a common electronic format.
You can also change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time (see below); this does not affect what happened before. Write to sales@pro-ceed.gr and we will reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies are placed without asking, because the website cannot work without them. Any other cookies are placed only if you accept them in the cookie banner (Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006).
Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
Placed by Wix for security, stability and the website’s basic functions. According to Wix’s published list:
-
XSRF-TOKEN, hs, TS*, server-session-bind, client-session-bind and sec-fetch-unsupported: security and protection against attacks; deleted when you close your browser.
-
svSession and wixSession (12 months) and oAuthState (until you close your browser): keep the website’s core functions working securely.
-
SSR-caching and bSession (24 hours) and fedops.logger.sessionId (12 months): speed, stability and error logging.
-
_wixAB3|* (6 months): experiments Wix runs on its platform.
The cookie banner also keeps your choice in your browser, so that it does not ask you again on every page.
Visitor statistics (only with your consent)
Wix’s visitor statistics (Wix Analytics) show us how many people visit and which pages they open. Your visit is counted only if you accept analytics cookies.
Advertising (only with your consent)
We advertise with Google Ads. If you accept advertising cookies, the Google tag on this website stores a cookie that lets Google tell us whether a visit that started from one of our ads led to an enquiry, without telling us who you are. If you refuse, no advertising cookies are stored or read. How Google uses this information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Changing your choice
The banner appears on your first visit: you can accept all cookies or switch off the types you do not want. To change your choice later, use the small privacy button shown in a corner of every page, which reopens the banner. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the strictly necessary ones, parts of the website may not work.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Club Car’s vehicle configurator. Those websites have their own privacy and cookie policies.
Changes to this policy
If the website changes the way it handles personal data, we will update this page. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
