For reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and the beach

Electric vehicles for hotels and resorts

From guest transfers to housekeeping, luggage and the upkeep of the grounds: a fleet sized for your own property, with service from the official Club Car distributor for Greece. Since 1992.

A vehicle for every department

In a resort, electric vehicles are part of the daily operation. Each department has its own routes, loads and hours, and one vehicle does not suit them all.

Reception and guest transfers

Four-, six- or eight-seat vehicles for the run from the entrance to the room, and from the rooms to the beach, the restaurant or the spa. Quiet, with no exhaust fumes, a canopy and comfortable seats. For longer distances or groups, shuttles for eight passengers and larger.

Maintenance and gardens

Electric utility vehicles with a bed for tools, plants, soil and pool supplies. The Club Car Carryall range starts with a 65 × 111 cm bed on the Carryall 100 and goes up to a bed of about 1.7 m with a total vehicle capacity of 680 kg on the Carryall 700, per the manufacturer's brochures.

Housekeeping and room service

A two-seat vehicle with a closed box, so that linen, supplies and room-service trays travel protected from sun, dust and rain. Club Car configures the Carryall 500 and 700 for housekeeping and room service; LVTONG offers the A827.GC with a tall closed cargo box.

Food and beverage, beach and marina

Restocking the beach bars, carrying drinks and ice, cleaning the beach, serving boats in the marina. Where a public road separates your premises, you need a type-approved vehicle with registration plates.

Luggage

A two-seat vehicle with an open bed or a luggage rack, so that reception staff can accompany the guest to the room without a second trip.

Which vehicle for which job

The seven types that cover almost every need of a hotel.

Two seats

Staff runs, escorting guests, the base for a box or a bed.

Enclosed box

Housekeeping, room service, linen, minibar.

4x4 UTV

Slopes, dirt tracks, sand, large estates.

Four seats (2+2)

The most common reception vehicle: two guests with luggage, or a family.

Utility vehicle with a bed

Maintenance, gardens, pool, technical services.

Six and eight seats

Lobby to the wings, group check-ins, tours of the estate.

Type-approved for public roads

When your facilities are separated by a public road, or you drive to town and to the harbour.

How many vehicles does a 300-room resort need?

There is no ready answer, and anyone who gives you a number without asking is guessing. To size your fleet, we ask:

  • How many rooms, in how many buildings, and what the longest distance from reception is.

  • What gradients the routes have and what surface: asphalt, paving, gravel, sand.

  • How many check-ins you handle at peak hour and how many housekeeping runs per shift.

  • Which departments will have their own vehicle and which will share one.

  • Where the vehicles will charge overnight and whether top-up charging is possible during the day.

  • Whether a public road runs between your facilities, and how many months a year you operate.

With these answers we propose a fleet mix, a battery type and a charging plan, in writing.

Vehicles at work

From deliveries and from the manufacturers we represent: guest transfers, room service, housekeeping, marina.

Seasonality: when to start

Hotels want the vehicles on site before opening and the servicing done before the peak. Factory orders have a lead time.

The best time to discuss a new fleet is the winter. The best time to plan servicing is the autumn, when the hotel closes or quietens down. For a vehicle needed during the season, look first at what is in stock.

Service and parts from the distributor

A vehicle standing idle in August is not a technical problem; it is an operational one. As the official Club Car distributor we provide authorised service and genuine parts, and we also maintain the LVTONG vehicles we deliver.

Our technical staff are certified and trained in the USA. We supply parts for most leading manufacturers of electric vehicles, and our after-sales support has been recognised with awards by the manufacturers themselves.

Batteries: lead-acid or lithium?

Lead-acid batteries cost less to buy, but they need looking after: checking and topping up water, a full charging cycle, a ventilated charging area. Lithium batteries need no maintenance, accept top-up charges during the day and weigh less.

For a hotel that runs its vehicles over two shifts, the difference shows in availability. We supply new vehicles with lithium batteries and lithium retrofits for vehicles you already own.

How we proceed

1

A conversation about the job

By phone or in writing. Where needed, we go through the site plan and the routes of each department together.

2

A written proposal

Fleet mix, models, batteries, equipment, delivery arrangements and what applies to warranty and service. With no obligation.

3

Delivery

To your premises, ready to use, with a briefing for your staff on charging and daily use.

4

Support

Scheduled servicing, parts, batteries and lithium retrofits from the same company, year after year.

Frequently asked questions

Can the vehicles use the road between the hotel's buildings?

If the road is public, you need a vehicle with European type approval, registration plates and insurance. Standard CE-certified golf carts and utility vehicles may only be driven on private grounds. We supply both.

How far does a vehicle go on a day's work?

It depends on the model, the battery, the load, the gradients and the speed. In a resort with climbs the real range is lower than on a flat road, which is why we ask about your routes before recommending a battery. The written quotation gives the range of the model you choose.

Do you convert vehicles we already own to lithium?

Yes, for Club Car vehicles and, after inspection, for other makes. Tell us the make, model and year and we will tell you whether and how it can be done.

Do you deliver to our premises?

Yes, we deliver door-to-door in mainland Greece with our fleet of transport trucks. Tell us the destination and we will confirm the delivery arrangements in writing, together with the quotation.

Ask for a proposal for your fleet

Send us the number of rooms, the location of the hotel and the jobs you want to cover. We will reply with a specific proposal, with no obligation.
